GEARS provides a simple platform to allow teachers to request students during advisory or study hall periods.  Advisory teachers simply show students who has requested them and they may move from class to class completing tests, making up homework, and getting assistance during advisory.  Teachers and students now have a controllable way to move students during advisory periods!
